My name is Ingibergur Thor and im born and raised in Grindavik iceland
i was given my first camera at the age of 12. that camera was a 35mm made in germany named practica
i started learning photography when i was that young and went to school to learn it at the age of 17 years old and took few years there but had to give it up for a u-turn that happend in my life.
For many years i was a fisherman, i wanted to be just like my grandfather and my dad, it was kinda in the blood to be a fisherman. I gave up on that when my 1st child was born in the year 2006, but still i miss that beeing out in the open water.
Now i work as a driver/travel assistant for a global company based in iceland, and in between that i work as a photographer. I shoot mainly real estates and what you see here on my page is what i shoot for myself and photos to show you all.
I have been working on to set up a print site but it is kinda on hold until later on. So this is my way of answering your requests for prints.
When that text above was written it was when i still had a home in Grindavík, due to a nature disaster im currently in Reykjavík until things sort out for us.
